In turn the owner of blog gets the new quality posts without any effort. But what's the readers of the blogs are getting ? Is guest Posting an Auto Pilot mode for the famous blogs ?

Guest posting might have put the famous blogs to auto pilot mode where the famous blogger just has to check the guest writer’s work against its established checklist before its publishing. The blog is getting the new words without any writing effort by the owner like the plane is on auto mode and needs lesser effort from pilot. But reader has to wait sometimes many days to hear from the famous blogger.

Guest Posting turns the famous blogs into forums

what I feel the excessive guest posting on famous blog turns the blog into forum. Where new post is like a new thread or topic from anyone and people discuss this thread in the comments. That’s what I feel, might be other people have different feeling for it.

What should be ratio of Guest Posts and Owner Posts ?

This is an important question. I think its vital to create the balance between the guest posts and blog owner posts. Some famous blogs have fix day in week to publish guest post. I think this is an ideal way to deal the guest posts. Because some of the famous blogs ( I do not want to mention the name here …) have 5 or 6 days of guest posting and then you get the post from the famous blogger for which we are actually following that blog.

If you have reached to this paragraph then you might be thinking that  I am against the guest posting. Its not the guest posting which is taking away the interest of loyal reader from any establish blog but it’s the excessive guest posting.
