Where to Place the Keywords in Post

Every one teaches you to have the keywords in the post but where to place them ? Post is comprise of different section so placing the keywords in each section is important. I hope you know the fact of keyword stuffing so do avoid that.Some people think that keyword researching and intentional placement is  not  like natural writing etc. but what is meant by keywords in respect of search engines ? keywords are the basically those words with which people tends to use while searching in search engines . So if you are not working on it than you are writing for yourself only.

Keywords should be put in the following sections

1.Title of the Post

Its most important to put the keywords in Post title. Because most of blogs has h1 heading for blog title and post title are usually using h2 heading. These headings are important for search engines. So place  your keywords in post title but meanwhile keep the title interesting and eye-catching.

2. Meta Description of the Post

Try to write the interesting & post related  meta description and add your keywords in meta description . Now Meta keywords do not play an important role in SEO as it has been misused in the past. But Meta description is still the important pillar of any web page SEO.

3.Alternate Text of the Image

Most of the Post do use images to make the post interesting. Some bloggers use the image to explain the things etc. While using the Image in the post try to place the keyword in the alternate text of the image.

4. In the Post body

Sprinkle your keywords throughout the post body.Its better to have the keywords in the first lines and paragraph of the post. The keyword density should be such that the post look natural and not look like to be written for search engines only.

5. In the URL of the Post

keywords in url also play role in SEO of webpage so try to put the important keywords in the url of the post. Avoid the unnecessary words like the, of , in , it etc in the url of the post.
