Blogger Rolls Out Dynamic Templates/Views

Google introduces a great new and innovative feature to its Blogging Platform Blogger (Blogspot) Dynamic Templates. These Template will give complete new look to any blog hosted on Blogger blogspot. The dynamic templates are build on latest web technologies AJAX, HTML5 and CSS3. Reader can view Blogger blog as Flipcard, Mosaic, Sidebar, Snapshot and Timeslide on the latest browsers. This is something really exciting for blog readers to interact with the blog in complete new way and can go through blog contents more easily and excitingly.  Some of the great features of the dynamic templates or views are ;

• Reader can go through many posts without reloading or going to any other page
• Images can be downloaded as reader view them
• The new layouts

How Reader Can Use Dynamic View

First of all the Blog should be hosted on the Blogger Platform.Secondly the author should have allowed the dynamic views for the readers. If both the conditions are fulfilled then you can have the dynamic view by simply adding the /view to the url of the blog e.g www.etipslibrary.com/view.

You can switch through the five dynamic views either by drop down button at the top right of the dynamic view or by simply adding the /view/Dynamic View you want . Like you want to have the flipcard view then you can add /view/flipcard at the end of blog URL (www.etipslibrary.com/view/flipcard).

The Other option is to use the Blogger Dynamic View Chrome extension. By having this extension it will tell you that you are on a blog hosted by Blogger platform and will let you to quickly switch between the five new dynamic views.

How Dynamic View Can be Activated By Blog Owner/Author

If you have a blog on the Blogger platform then you can activate the dynamic view by

• Make your Blog Post feed to full. You can do this by going to the Settings > Site Feed > Blog Post feeds
• Activate the Dynamic view by Going to Settings > Formatting. here you can find the Enable Dynamic Views. Select the Yes from the drop down option.

Being author it is important to know that currently the advertisement will not show in the Dynamic view. The Blogger team stated that they will include this capability as well as let you customize these views in future etc.
