Blogger don't provide unlimited storage capacity/space for your blog images. Most of the people who start blog thinks that they can add as many images as they can. Every Image you upload to your blog on Blogger go to Picasa web album by the Google and utilizing the limited free space. You can access your all images there. When you log in to Picasa, with same Google account you are using for Blogger, you will see a separate album for each of your Blogger blog depending upon number of blogs you are having with the Google account.

1) By Managing the already hosted/uploaded images

So 1st way is to manage your limited free image storage space efficiently.When you would go to the picasa album you might notice that there are many images that's you are not using in any of your post. actually if you uploaded an image in post and later on remove it then it will remove from the post but it will not be removed from the picasa album. If you have uploaded any image and post is still in draft then you can also view those images in picasa album. So first of all manage your space efficiently. As it is a limited free  space then delete the unnecessary images from the album. Also, in future, try to upload the images with low size (jpeg, png etc ) don't try to upload images heavy in size until you need it badly.

2.)  By Purchasing the more space from Picasa Web Album

In the image given above to check the usage of storage space you can see a link given " Upgrade Storage " click on the link in picasa, it will take you to the page to purchase the additional image storage. By purchasing the plan , which suits your need, you can increase image storage space for your blog hosted on Blogger. The lowest plan is " 20 GB for 5 $ Per year " i think its cheap.

3) Trick to get further Free Image Storage space from Google

As in the post i have cleared you that you can have 1GB Space with  one Google account then why not get another Google account to have the another 1GB free image storage space. Create an another Blogger blog with other Google account and start uploading the images there. After uploading get the URL of the image it might be like (bp.blogspot.com/............). When you have to upload the image onto to the Blogger blog which have reach its free image storage limit, click on upload image and choose from URL and give the URL you have copied earlier. In that way you can use the space of another 1GB free from Google. I would not suggest you to go to the other free images hosting services because it can give you bandwidth limit error if your images are being used frequently., The other best thing is your images are hosted on Google servers which are faster and you will not get the bandwidth issue ever.
