Good news for Google Blogger users that its going to introduce Blogger Stats to track the Blogger Blogspot blog traffic from Blogger Blogspot itself. Its much awaited tool for bloggers and users have to no loner rely on other services like Analytics, Statcounter etc. Rite now its available  in Blogger in Draft ( Blogger.com service to see and analyze the things before they finally get published on Blogger.com, Update: Blogger Stats is now available in Blogger Dashboard). if anyone want to have the taste of this new tool just go to Blogger in Draft and sign in with same email and password as for normal Blogger.com account. After singing in you can see the tab of Stats in the Blogger Dashboard.

Blogger Stats Overview

 After going through Blogger Stats first time its really make me amazed as it have brilliant features specially the ability to view  the traffic statistic for you blog on blogspot Rite NOW, in other words you can see your blog traffic and its statistics as its arrives on your blogspot blog.it means you can view the traffic and visitor statistics  as its happened and its the feature your are not going to find on any traffic tracking tool or site, i tested it and its prove itself. There are obviously other time division like last week, last month, all time.along with NOW.

The Statistical Data for the Visitors/Traffic to your blog has been break down in four segments, i.e

• Overview
• Posts 
• Traffic Sources 
• Audience 

1. Overview

Under the overview section you can find the complete picture of traffic to your blog like  graph for your blog traffic over the span of time of your choice ( now, last week etc) . You can find the page views for you blog , also you can find which post have how many visits , the source of traffic for your blogspot blog, and map overlay of  your audience/traffic.

2. Post

In this section you can find more elaborated detail of traffic on basis of blog posts, which post and page have how many page views. This feature enable you to find which of your post is hot and which is not doing best and its very important data for any blog owner.

 

3.Traffic Source

  Its gives you the detail of the sources of traffic for your blogspot blog ( e.g Search Engines, Referring Site etc. ). One thing is worth mentioning here that after going through Traffic Source section 1st time i saw the traffic sources for my sites which i had never seen before not even on Google Analytics. So it made me convinced that it really count each and every source of traffic from wherever its come from. its also give you detail of keywords for the traffic coming through search engines.

4. Audience

 At last but not least it gives you detail of your audience through Map Overlay and list of countries and number of page views of your blog from each country. if mostly your traffic is coming from mighty Google than its also give you indication in which Google Country your blog is going good for your keywords. its also gives you a chart displaying the distribution of your blog traffic in terms of operating system , browser and again its an important data. blogger should keep on checking the blog compatibility against each operating system and browser to not loose all important visitor to its blog.

At end i conclude by saying that after going through Blogger Blog Stats i no longer need any other services to track and to have insight in my blogspot blog traffic.
